Recommended Dosage:
Adult - Take 2 capsules once daily with/without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not take immediately before bed. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects for menstrual cycle irregularities.
Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone containing medication such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), antidepressant medication, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case discontinue use.
