Reproduction of Dream Valley I Neutral Crop by Julia Purinton
Julia Purinton — "Dream Valley I Neutral Crop" is a compelling example of contemporary landscape painting that synthesizes the legacy of Impressionism with a distinctly modern sensibility. The work aligns with the tradition of tonal abstraction, where the artist uses color and light to evoke mood rather than to render precise topographical detail. Purinton's technique, characterized by soft, blended brushstrokes and a limited palette, creates a sense of atmospheric depth and quietude that is reminiscent of the late works of artists like Georgia O'Keeffe or the luminous landscapes of Mark Rothko, though achieved with a more naturalistic subject matter. The composition is structured on an asymmetric balance, with the dark, earthy forms of the foreground hills grounding the viewer while the expansive, hazy middle ground and pale sky create a feeling of infinite space. This use of negative space is not merely decorative but is integral to the piece's emotional resonance, emphasizing the vastness of the natural world and the human desire to find a place of peace within it. The color palette, dominated by low-saturation neutrals, is a deliberate choice that shifts the focus from the vibrancy of individual elements to the overall harmony of the whole. The subtle contrast between the warm beige of the sunlit fields and the cool lavender of the distant hills is not a clash but a gentle dialogue, a visual metaphor for the interplay of light and shadow, warmth and coolness, in the natural world. In this context, the artwork transcends mere decoration to become a profound statement on the beauty of subtlety and the power of quiet contemplation in an increasingly fast-paced world. For more art by Julia Purinton click here.

DOES NOT SNAP TOGETHER
Item Package Quantity: 6
Bought these protectors for shipping rare cards I sell online. They do NOT snap together! for my purposes I use a little tape to hold it closed so the buyer gets an undamaged card in the mail. works perfectly for my use.

Great slab!
Item Package Quantity: 2, Item Package Quantity: 2
These slabs are excellent but yes they don't clip together
The top and bottom piece are not made to snap together.
My solution was to slide the slab into a tightly fitting slab sleeve and boom, a perfect alternative to a graded card.
We even made a custom label for a gift for grandpa.

Garbage, these don't close properly
Item Package Quantity: 2
These are defective. They don't close seal properly whatsoever. If you intend the handle the card, move it around at all, these will damage your nice cards. Do not buy if quality and protection is what you need.

Great Value - Use the right adhesive and they are crystal clear
Item Package Quantity: 48
These are generally pretty good. Some have rough edges from the mold, but there's not too many in the pack that are like that. Each come shipped in a bag. DO NOT USE GORILLA GLUE IMPACT TOUGH SUPER GLUE to seal these. They cloud the plastic. I used JB WELD LIGHT ACTIVATED and it worked perfectly. Model glue probably works too, but I haven't tried that yet. Less is more.

Great Cases for Cards
Item Package Quantity: 12, Item Package Quantity: 12
These were great for what I wanted them for. I like the look of having a card slabbed with a label but sending to the big grading companies is expensive. I was able to Slab wrestling cards, and sports cards. I even did one of my garbage pail kids. These are not designed to just snap together and do require some plastic adhesive or glue. Not a bad price for what I needed them for.
