DIRECTIONS & USE

Adults: 2 capsules 2 times orally per day.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. 
Take 30 minutes after a meal.

CAUTIONS & NOTES

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have intestinal/bowel blockage, if you are taking antidepressants such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI's), or taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.

Ask a health care practitioner before use if you have a liver disorder, kidney stones, you are taking anticoagulant agents, or anti-inflammatory agents.

When using this product consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, are severe or are accompanied by high fever and shortness of breath.
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite, symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists.

Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort.
In rare cases, some people may experience mild nosebleeds or may experience bleeding gums. 
Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. 
Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury have been reported. Diuretic effect may occur.
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. 
If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
