The Blueberry Fisher Bullet Space Pen is an awesome pen! It features a cartridge that writes in the harshest of conditions and is small enough to slip in your purse, pocket or pack. You'll love the fun look of the blue barrel with chrome accents and a black rubber grip. Use the handy stylus with all your touch screen devices. When open the pen measures 5.63 inches long, closed measurement 4.5 inches long. The pen remains well balanced when cap is posted on the end. The chrome clip will keep the pen right where you want it. The Blueberry Stylus Fisher Space Pen is packaged in a decorative Moonscape Gift Box sleeve. This great pen is made in the USA.
This classic pen comes with Fisher Pressurized PR4 black ink cartridge, in medium point. The cartridge can write three times the amount of a standard ball point cartridge. This means you can draw a line approximately 15,000 feet long with the ink in one cartridge! For comparison, the typical "write out" of a roller ball (water based) cartridge is about half that of a standard ball point cartridge. Oil based ink has excellent shelf life, and writes upside down, under water, and in zero gravity. This is the perfect pen for Rite in the Rain waterproof notebooks. The first Fisher Space Pen was designed by Paul Fisher in 1948.
