Arnica plus is available in a convenient oral spray form or as a cream in 90g or 30g tubes.
Oral Spray
Acute: Use 2 sprays orally at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses, then 3 times a day as required.
Chronic: Use 2 sprays orally 3 times a day as required
Cream
Apply liberally to affected areas 3 or 4 times a day but only where the skin is unbroken. Do not apply to broken skin.
Arnica plus oral form contains Arnica in a potency chord of 6c, 12c, 15c and 30c.
