Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults and children 12 or older: 1-2 sprays per nostril 3-5 times per day. Infants and children up to 11 years: 1 spray/nostril 4 times per day.

How to use:

• First, blow your nose.
• Press closed the nostril not being treated.
• Administer to the other nostril by placing your index and middle fingers atop either side of the nozzle, while supporting the bottom of the bottle with your thumb.
• Then squeeze with both index and middle fingers to spray.
