The buckle is a matching side-release buckle. These buckles are not heavy-duty buckles and are not meant for large heavy dogs or for tie-out situations but they make the collars easy to put on and take off.  We have a heavy magnetic German buckle that is recommended for larger dogs and will be available soon on some of our collars including the Edelweiss.

Matching red 6' lead with a D ring at the handle so that you can throw it over your shoulder when your dog is off-leash. This is a lighter-weight Biothane than the Standard or Beta that is out there and the nice thing about it is that you can roll or fold up a 6' leash and put it in a small bag or your pocket. Although it's called Flexible or Adjustable, there is no elasticity to it. 
The Edelweiss is the Swiss National Flower. It is thought to have migrated to the Alps from the Himalayas during the Ice Age. It is a symbol of strength, loyalty, and devotion.
