The Pickup Set

Sonic JT is equipped with a carefully crafted dual-humbucker configuration designed for versatility and character. On the bridge, a ceramic magnet humbucker delivers powerful, punchy tones that cut through the mix perfect for high energy rock and driving riffs. On the neck, an Alnico V humbucker brings warmth and depth, with a wide dynamic range that can instantly evoke the smooth, expressive feel of a jazz box.

The Onboard Speaker

One of the standout features across all our electric models is the onboard speaker. Like our Inspire model, Sonic JT also comes with a powerful 15-watt speaker that delivers bigger volume, better dynamics, and—most importantly—unmatched convenience. We believe this onboard speaker opens up new sonic possibilities, allowing for more flexible usage. With the 15-watt speaker, you can easily amplify presets and effects for practice or small jam sessions.

The Presets & Dual Output

One of the biggest upgrades Sonic JT brings over the standard Sonic line is its powerful preset system. You still get 4 finely tuned onboard presets—crafted by Jack Thammarat himself—but now with even greater possibilities. The new ES1 Plus engine expands the amp model library from just 2 to a full 10. From the sweet, vintage breakup of classic tube amps to soaring high-gain powerhouses, the range is wider, richer, and more inspiring than ever.

The Ports

Like all our electric models, Sonic JT features a 6.35mm output jack for standard instrument cables, allowing you to connect the guitar to amplifiers, PA systems, and interfaces. Additionally, it includes a 3.5mm headphone output jack for silent practice sessions. The USB Type-C port serves dual purposes: charging the guitar and enabling OTG (On-The-Go) recording. With OTG recording capability, you can capture everything played on the guitar.
