PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
What makes this product different?
The UQL6651 brings a refined coastal character through its hand-wrapped rope detailing and clear water glass shade, evoking the soft movement of ocean waves. Unlike many standard wall sconces that rely on simple frosted glass, its rippled texture and matte black steel create depth and artisanal contrast. Thoughtful design and craftsmanship emphasize warmth and clarity, producing a gentle, dimensional glow that feels both modern and naturally inspired.
Why is this product worth the price?
The UQL6651 justifies its price through a combination of premium materials and sophisticated design. Its durable steel construction is elevated by artisanal details like hand-wrapped rope and unique rippled water glass, setting it apart from mass-market alternatives. This blend of coastal and modern rustic styles creates a warm, atmospheric glow perfect for various spaces. The damp-rated build ensures enduring value, making this fixture a lasting investment in quality and distinctive style backed by the Urban Ambiance commitment.
What value does this product offer over similar options?
The UQL6651 upgrades ordinary hallways into coastal retreats through its rippling water glass and hand-wrapped rope detailing—artisanal touches rarely found in mass-market sconces. While competitors rely on thin stamped steel and plain glass, this Lancaster piece combines substantial construction with textured elements that catch and soften light beautifully. The reversible mounting and damp-location rating deliver versatility others lack, all backed by Urban Ambiance's superior warranty and customer care.

COLLECTION DESCRIPTION:
Natural elements flow through the Lancaster Collection by Urban Ambiance, where rippling glass and handcrafted detailing come together in a design rooted in coastal serenity. Inspired by the sea and balanced with a clean, minimalist sensibility, this collection embraces the pared-back beauty of Scandinavian style—neutral, refined, and effortlessly inviting. With its blend of texture and simplicity, Lancaster brings timeless character to interiors that crave warmth, calm, and subtle nautical charm.
Clear water glass forms the centerpiece of each design, featuring a softly rippled surface that adds movement and visual depth as light passes through. A band of rope detailing wraps the upper portion of the shade, introducing organic texture and a relaxed, coastal accent. The overall silhouette remains streamlined and composed, allowing the layered materials to stand out without overwhelming the fixture’s clean, modern profile.
The Lancaster Collection is available in a Matte Black finish and features clear water glass with hand-wrapped rope detailing. It is offered in a range of fixture types, including flush mount ceiling lights and wall sconces, providing a cohesive lighting solution for hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
