At the race circuit, high level of friction can be achieved along with high stability for an extended amount of time with the heat treatment. _x000D_ The 6 slots brake disc is adopted as standard in the HS type by considering various factors, such as pad wear, squeal and the removal effect of gas at the fading. | Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. the surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor, the above package we have shipped in. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. Nice design, but natural color is unfinished wood.

Very cute panel design! I’ve gotten compliments from guests. While I’d like it to be taller, it still works to block the view enough. The natural wood color is not painted at all though, just bare unfinished wood. So the pores are just open. I thought it’d be covered in clear lacquer or finished with something. I have this standing on a tiled surface, when I mopped the floor, the wood soaked up the excess liquid and now has dark water stains going up the legs. If the wood were sealed, this wouldn’t happen.
It stands well on its own and the double hinges are great for using it like a door - it opens well in both directions.
