The Amigo complies with EN15194 Australian e-bike standards allowing you to ride your e-bike rego and licence-exempt under Australian law, just like you would a pushbike.

Vamos Bikes are classified as electrically power-assisted cycles with a continuous rated power of 500 watts. The motor automatically disengages once the bike reaches a speed of 25km/h. If needed, the power output can be further restricted to comply with specific regulations. Throttle use is permitted only on private property and must be disabled when riding in public spaces.
