Their mushrooms come in fine powder form for easy use in drinks and food. They  combine high potency extracts with small amounts of mushroom powders for full spectrum goodness.

Extraction is ultimate for Polysaccharides and Beta-Glucans but take out a lot of minerals and other mushroom goodness. Mamazing mix some of the straight mushrooms in , to supplement the extracted goodness. The blends are primarily extracts.

Polysaccharides have shown to have immuno-stimulating and anti-tumor properties. Besides anti-tumor and immune enhancing effects of polysaccharides in mushrooms, research has also shown polysaccharides to have antibiotic and antiviral properties.

Dosage is personal. A good start is a 1/4 teaspoon per day. Increase to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily or a 1/2 teaspoon once a day after a week or more. Or start with the higher dosage if you have chronic health issues or are warding off an illness. Increase if you feel the need to.

The when's and how's are also flexible. MamaZing start their day with a MamaZing Kombucha mixed with a mushroom blend. They may have another later in the day or the evening. If needing a pick up or feeling off balance, they have a dose of some mushrooms.

Studies have shown there is no overdose amount, but best to start with less and let the body adjust to the new information and nutrition from the mushrooms.
