This ice facial massager is very easy to use. Simply follow the instructions included. Fill it with water through the central hole and leave a small area unfilled, cover it and place in the freezer for a few hours. Once frozen, wait 2-5 minutes before use. Apply using gentle massaging movements on each area for just 2-3 seconds to avoid redness or discomfort.
