Due to item customization, we will refund or correct items only if we make a personalization error. To prevent errors, we copy and paste the name as you have it typed. If you have any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If we do not receive notification of any issues with your order within 7 days of receiving your shipment, there will be no refunds or replacements.
We do make exceptions to the replacement policy, but never past an item that was delivered 14 days ago.
If we allow a return, the buyer may be responsible for any return shipping. It will be determined on a case by case basis
We do provide tracking number on all orders in the U.S. so once the order has shipped, you should be able to track it.
