With their long, curving arms, Lygos chandeliers add a touch of grace to any room they adorn. Designed with updated-traditional sensibilities in mind, these fixtures don’t shout for attention; rather, they effortlessly blend into a wide variety of decors. However, this isn’t to say that they are diminutive. At over 40 inches wide, they are very much there for the eyes to take in. The design highlights for the Lygos collection of chandeliers are the curved arms and the exposed bulbs that mimic candles on vintage candle holders. With their outstretched steel arms the curves resemble a fallen S with one end facing downwards to attach to a central terminal while the other end faces upwards to terminate into its vintage candle base style sockets. To connect the fixture to the canopy chain, the central terminal is fastened on a 12-inch downrod that leaves a decorative finial beneath it. The ceiling canopy dons the same finish as the steel metalwork, completing the overall sleek design.Lygos Chandeliers accept 5 candelabra size bulbs and are available in matte black and brushed gold.
