"Bright, light straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, lighter on the edge. The nose is tightly bound with well-concentrated and deeply intense aromas of lime fruit harmoniously melded with notes of honey, toast and minerals, along with white florals. The nose is beginning to show complexing secondary development detail. Medium-dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has softly concentrated and gently layered flavours of lime fruit with honeysuckle, white floral and toasty nuances, revealing mineral elements, and some secondary complexities. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth in flow with seamless textures and fine acidity. The wine flows positively to a lingering finish with integrated flavours of limes, toast and minerals. This is a very smooth-flowing, gently concentrated medium-dry Riesling with integrated lime, honey, toast and mineral flavours and some secondary development on a seamless, refreshing palate. Serve as an aperitif and with Asian cuisine over the next 4 years.
