Besies its highly valuable therapeutic properties the CO2 extract from the gum resin of Ferula galbaniflua (syn. F. gummosa) has an intensely ‘green’ scent with underlying musky notes. A well-loved fragrance, it is a key ingredient in modern perfumes such as Must de Cartier, Vent Vert, Chanel No.19 and Vol de Nuit.

Aromatic Notes

The fragrance is a powerful woody, balsamic - resinous, reminiscent of oleoresins of conifers, the CO2 extracted one being a bit more green-peppery that the e.o. 

Direction For Use

Topical use: apply topically diluted in a carrier.

Oral use: dilute 1-2 drops in a glass of water. You can add 1 drop to a tablespoon of olive oil or a piece of bread. You can make your own capsule by adding 1 drop to your desired carrier oil.

Inhalation: diffuse or inhale.

Other uses: great addition for creating blends.
