The EFI RCTRS-2B-48G-P Oven Range is built for high-demand commercial kitchens. With a stainless steel front, back, sides, and kick plate, it offers durability and easy maintenance. A back guard and high shelf add convenience and safety.
This oven range features heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each delivering 25,000 BTU/hr. The 12” x 12” cast iron top grates ensure even heat distribution for consistent cooking.
For models with a griddle, a 3/4” thick polished steel plate provides excellent heat retention. A grease trough makes cleanup quick and easy.
The spacious oven measures 26-1/2 x 26 x 14 inches, perfect for large-scale cooking. The oven burner provides 27,000 BTU/hr, ensuring even baking and roasting.
