AUS-10 Japanese stainless steel has roughly the same carbon content as 440C but with slightly less chromium, making it less rust resistant and tougher than traditional 440C.
The value each knife brings to the kitchen:
- Paring knife— a necessity for all of those small, delicate items that need to be peeled, sliced and diced.
- Nakiri knife—with its thin rectangular blade, it excels in delicate vegetable and fruit preparation.
- Santoku knife— excels in preparing meat, fish and vegetables. Because it’s shorter than a typical chef's knife with less curve to its blade, this knife is suited for accurate slicing, dicing and chopping.
- Chef's knife—all-purpose knife used for slicing, mincing and dicing large quantities of vegetables and breaking down a whole chicken. Also great for carving and perfectly slicing cuts of meat
CAUTION: Do NOT chop bone or use these knifes on a hard surface like a glass cutting board, tile or granite.

- Hand wash your blades with gentle dish soap, rinse clean and towel dry immediately.
- Hone your blades with a steel or ceramic rod weekly to keep them sharp.
- When needed, we recommend sharpening your blades with a whetstone at an angle of 15°-20°.

Something I never knew I needed, and now can’t live without!

Absolutely perfect, high quality organizer. I was constantly reaching under the kitchen cupboards for sponges and drain stoppers which then cluttered up the sink while letting them dry before putting away. I love the size and option to put the basket on the outside edge for more space. It holds everything I need. I especially like the stone underneath so I can place it anywhere and not have to worry about a drain spout. Keeps my sink and counters clean and organized and looks great in my kitchen.

Best kitchen caddy!

This is the best kitchen caddy. It works well on the edge of my sink. It's a little bigger than I thought. My measurements were off, not there's. I propped up one side and it works beautifully. It holds all the sponges, soap, and cleaning utensils needed to clean your dishes. Now my kitchen sink is clutter-free. It also looks great!
