Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1/2 scoop, 1 to 3 times a day. Mix
in a cup (250 mL) of water, favorite beverage, coffee, tea or
daily smoothie. Take 2 to 3 hours before or after taking other
medications, antibiotics or natural health products.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner:

• if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days; prior to use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or have failed to defaecate following the use of a laxative product;
• prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain (as these could be signs of other serious conditions);
• prior to use if you have diabetes or suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression.
• Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days.

Contra-indication: Do not use this product if you have immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).

• May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
• Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
