Directions

Prepare just before feeding, always washing hands and countertops. Sterilize bottles and equipment by boiling for at least 2 minutes, then boil fresh water for 2 minutes and cool to room temperature. Pour cooled, boiled water into a sterilized bottle and add the required number of level scoops of powder (one scoop to 30 mL of water). Close the bottle and shake well until dissolved. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding. Use within 1 hour and do not save unfinished feeds. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 4 weeks of opening. For infants 6+ months, a general guide is 210 mL water with 7 scoops for 2-3 feeds per day.
