• When using in the microwave, heating time may be 2-3 times longer than glass or plastic containers, and therefore the food can get drier than usual.

• It is recommended to take out the container in the middle of heating, fully stir the food, and then put it back in the microwave to continue heating to achieve an even heating effect.

• The stainless steel container will be in a high temperature state after heating, please TAKE HEAT INSULATION MEASURES when handling it, or using the silicone base with little ears for heat insulation.
