This item comes with an attached foam backer and requires no additional underlayment, making it an ideal DIY product. This flooring is waterproof and does not require much maintenance, which is why it is perfect for any room in the house including kitchens, bathrooms and basements. This flooring is suitable for residential or light commercial traffic and is covered by a limited 30-year residential and 10-year light commercial warranty. What's Vinyl Flooring?
