It also eliminates the weak stock front shackle design and allows the use of modern V-code or X-code leaf springs—recognized as one of the best riding spring setups available for leaf-sprung trucks.

🔧 Installation Notes:

• Sway bar may need to be deleted or use 3" sway bar end link extensions

• Cheap foreign-made springs are not recommended—they often interfere with shackle brackets due to oversized military wraps

• Spring bushings and isolators must be in good condition for proper fit

• Frame horns may need to be pulled in if spread; minor hole alignment trimming may be required

• When using lift springs, drill one hole, test shackle angle, then drill remaining holes

• Alignment required after installation
