Racipe
Spicy Lemon Garlic Tilapia
Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Season tilapia fillets with salt & pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about a minute until it becomes fragrant.
- Place tilapia fillets in the pan & add Paprika. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the tilapia fillets and sprinkle lemon zest on top.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve the spicy lemon garlic tilapia fillets hot in the pan. Enjoy!
