A satin finish is featured on the dispenser to cut down on fingerprinting and reduce the need for frequent polishing and shining. The unit can hold up to 100 paper sanitary liners for changing stations and is refillable with the contents of the Koala Kare KB150-99 Baby Changing Station Sanitary Bed Liners case. The front of the dispenser is outfitted with a keyed tumbler lock, which protects the liners inside of the unit and prevents both theft and vandalism.
