Roman chamomile exudes the aroma of apple and sweet straw, and is considered to be the best aroma of all chamomiles. Roman chamomile is very soothing and an excellent ally in the fight against stress and insomnia. Like other chamomiles, Roman chamomile has antispasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and even antifungal effects.

Roman chamomile essential oil is known as a protective oil for infants and young children. It is often added to infant shampoos, face creams, eczema creams or diaper rash creams alone or together with real lavender. The concentration of Roman chamomile essential oil in the formula of infant skin care products should not exceed 1%. Roman chamomile essential oil is often used alone or together with other essential oils to aid sleep to be combined with carrier oils to make oil blend to relieve stress and bring calming.

Usage

For local use, concentration ≤5%

For full body use, concentration ≤ 2%

For aromatic diffuse, 1-10 drops/use, 1-2 times/day

How to blend the oil concentration

5ml carrier oil + 1 drop of single essential oil = 1% concentration

5ml carrier oil + 2 drops of single essential oil = 2% concentration

If the eyes and mucous membranes accidentally come into contact with essential oils and feel irritation, never rinse with water. You need to rub or pour vegetable oils such as jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, Grape seed oil, olive oil, and other mild vegetable oils on the irritated parts because essential oils are insoluble in water.
