Installation Guide
- Ensure the engine is completely cool and disconnect the fuel line before beginning any service work.
- Drain the engine oil and remove the old oil filter. Replace with the new 3BJ-07615-0 oil filter.
- Remove the lower unit and drain the gear oil completely. Replace with the new 24OP149 gear oil pump.
- Replace both 332-60006 drain gaskets on the lower unit drain and fill plugs.
- Remove the thermostat housing and replace with the new 3R3-01030-0 thermostat and 346-01032-0 gasket.
- Install the 362-87322-0 water pump repair kit components.
