Scotchman Abrasive Tube Notchers are fast and cost effective methods to fit tubes together prior to welding. The high speed grinding belt provides a smooth polished surface at any angle from 0 to 60 degrees in tubing from 3/4 inch up to 4-inch OD. The AL150-HS removes material 3X faster than its AL150 counterpart and also features a 3rd grinding station on the back of the machine for parts grinding. Belt life is generally around 100-200 copes per belt depending on material. Two pipe mandrels and two belts are included and change out in seconds with no tools required.
