The EFI RCTRS-36G-N 36" gas range delivers high performance in commercial kitchens. Its stainless steel construction includes the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf for durability and easy cleaning.
It has six heavy-duty lift-off cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr, plus 12” x 12” cast iron grates for even heat distribution. The 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate (on applicable models) features a grease trough for convenient cooking.
The oven measures 26.5 x 26 x 14 inches and boasts a 27,000 BTU/hr oven burner. It also includes a 100% safety shut-off pilot and stainless steel burners and pilots for long-lasting reliability. Multiple position oven rack guides and one chrome rack per oven offer flexibility, with extra racks available.
The unit operates with natural gas (5”WC/11mbar) or propane (10”WC/25mbar) and offers optional casters and oven racks.
