High-quality materials

All PrimaCreator nozzles are made from high-quality brass or steel (depending on the type) and are manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory. Each nozzle is produced with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This ensures that your filament has a very smooth and clear surface when extruded, which naturally leads to better print results.

• After this process, the material undergoes an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation.
• The nozzle now receives its shape with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm.
• The process of removing sharp edges from the nozzles is a very important step, as it constitutes a large part of the result. If too many sharp edges remain on the nozzle, it becomes more prone to clogging. Therefore, it is crucial that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before use. In each batch, some nozzles are selected and cut in half to ensure that every specification is met and the surface is in perfect condition.

Recommendations

When the material arrives at the factory, an initial visual inspection of the material used for each batch of nozzles is conducted. Then the material is clamped, meaning it is processed into a long rod. In our process, this happens only once; in many other (cheaper) cases, this process must be repeated several times, often up to 3-4 times, and still, the same results are not achieved.
