Distilled in large copper stills and matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, the result is a whiskey with genuine depth at an accessible strength. 44.3% ABV. A measured build that rewards attention without demanding it.

On the nose, stewed fruit and pine open things up, with malt biscuit adding a familiar, rounded warmth. On the palate, dark chocolate takes over quietly, grounded and satisfying. The finish is sweet and creamy, smooth enough to carry into a long sit-down smoke without interruption. 

Pairs naturally with a medium to full-bodied cigar. We recommend the Montecristo No. 2. The cocoa, vanilla and coffee profile of the cigar mirrors the dark chocolate and sweetness of The Busker, and together they create a pairing that feels complete from first draw to last sip.
