Before First Use (Curing)

1. Before cooking for the first time, begin with low heat and gradually increase the temperature.
   
   
   

   Cleaning

   • Wash with warm water and a soft sponge.
   • Use mild dish soap if needed.
   • Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals.
   • Dry completely before storing.
   • Store in a dry place with good airflow.
   • Wash gently with warm water (avoid soap for the first wash).
   • Completely submerge the cazuela in clean water for 8–12 hours (overnight) to hydrate the clay.
   • Allow it to air dry completely.
