Mute welcomes German synthesizer and producer duo Felsmann + Tiley to the roster with the release of their new album Protomensch. Out February 13, 2026 on limited edition black vinyl packaged in a special gatefold sleeve featuring a mirror foil lamination on the inner panel revealing a 'self-portrait of the protomensch.' On Protomensch (German for "proto-human"), Felsmann + Tiley blend shimmering synthwave, pounding trance, and introspective IDM with synth-pop-infused tracks featuring guest vocalists including London's Pet Deaths and Australian artists The Kite String Tangle, Woodes, and Laius. This juxtaposition between sentient beings and machines permeates the whole album - right from the duo's manifesto introducing us the highly intelligent yet irrevocably shortsighted and downright tragic character of Protomensch - the cover artwork featuring turtleneck wearing chimpanzee, futuristic music videos, and stark social media aesthetics to seated, next-level live-shows involving collaboration with dozens of visual artists. Despite their online ubiquity, sparked in part by their viral reinterpretation of label-mate M83's "Solitude, " which has been used over 1 million times on TikTok and high-profile syncs on shows including Young Royals (season two), the BAFTA-winning crime thriller Top Boy (season three), and Amazon's The Better Sister, Felsmann + Tiley have lingered largely on the periphery, their origins cloaked in quiet anonymity, until now. Just put it on 21 foot RV, was impressed with the shine. Key is to make sure the applicator is moist. I periodically dampen with water. Realizing it wasn't going to revive the stickers. Question is How long it will last? What will it look like after it rains? Pictures attached, bottom portion was done with poli glow on June 7,2026 and I have just under a half of bottle left. Bringing a 1976 MG Midget to the modern world!

I've been restoring a 1976 MG Midget barn find. I bought some Sinless liner to help make the car rattle less and feel more solid. This product is easy to cut, easy to install, and extremely sticky. I used it to line the trunk, the interior, and even some under the hood of the old MG. The adhesive stands up to the brutal temperature of the engine bay, and when (by accident) some fuel spilled onto the foam, it didn't fall apart or turn to mush. Thanks to Siless, the MG now feels like a modern car. The floor pans feel much more solid, the doors make a heftier thud when you close them, and the trunk no longer sounds like a percussion instrument when you touch it. If you know what you're doing, this product will transform the feel of a car. I found that 36 sq ft was enough for my MG Midget, but for a bigger car I would want more. The pattern on the back helped me to cut perfectly measured squares and rectangles. The foam itself doesn't have a strong odor, it works super well, and has held up to several months of changing temperatures (in the Midwest US.)
