Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.
Griffonia is a natural source of 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), the intermediate metabolite produced when the body initiates the process of converting the essential amino acid L-tryptophan to serotonin. Serotonin levels in the body are associated with the regulation of sleep, mood, aggression, appetite, temperature, sexual behavior, and pain sensation.
Helps to promote healthy mood balance and used as a sleep aid. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond one year.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take with food. To promote healthy mood balance: Take 1-2 capsules three times daily or as recommended by a health professional. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 1 capsule three times daily and slowly increase to effective dose over a period of 2 weeks. For use as a sleep aid: Take 2-4 capsules daily or as recommended by a health professional. Take 30-45 minutes before bedtime.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Contra-Indications: Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating machinery, driving a motor vehicle or are involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

Pre-Portioned Sachets That Calm Itch and Hydrate

These individual sachets make it incredibly easy to prepare a soothing oatmeal bath when your skin is dealing with itching, dryness, or reactivity. I recently had an allergic reaction that left me with intensely itchy hives across my body, and I was willing to try anything that might help. I picked this up because it was reasonably priced, and it ended up being a great decision.
The powder sprinkles smoothly into running bath water and begins to work quickly to calm the skin. Even though it is a powder, it forms only minimal clumps, and any that do appear are easy to break apart with your fingers. My skin felt noticeably more hydrated and far less irritated after soaking, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t leave any residue behind in the tub.
The pre-portioned sachets make the whole process simple and mess-free, which is especially helpful when you’re already uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be keeping these on hand for times when my skin needs extra TLC.

Soothing eczema relief

great for kids with dry skin!
Scent: Fragrance Free, Size: 2 Pack - 3.5 Ounce & 8 Ounce
This ointment has been a great find for sensitive baby skin. We started using it for dry patches and mild eczema, and it made a noticeable difference within a few days. The texture is rich and soothing without feeling overly greasy, and it absorbs well enough that it doesn’t leave everything sticky.
