Dr Ewa Dąbrowska recommends a dietary supplement for which vitamin D3 is obtained from sea algae, making it pesticide-free, 100% vegan, and therefore suitable for fruit and vegetable fasting.
The amount of fats in vegetables is sufficient for adequate absorption of vitamin D3, so it is not necessary to take it in oil.
