The combination of Itallian Color Premium Bleaching Powder + Itallian Oxi Oxidizing Emulsion does not run during the process, which facilitates the work of the professional.
It has a blend of 5 oils: Argan, Olive, Almonds, Sunflower and Corn, sources of omega 3, 6, 7, 9 and Vitamin E.
100% vegetable concentrate composed of Argan, Olive, Almonds, Sunflower and Corn, rich in omegas 3, 6, 7, 9 and Vitamin E.
Provides lipid replacement, which contributes to a repairing effect of the hair.
Seals the cuticles, providing intense shine.

How to use:
Place a measure of Itallian Color Premium Bleaching Powder to a measure and a half of ltallian Oxi in a non-metallic container. Add the oxidizer gradually, mixing well. The mixing ratio can vary from 1: 1.5 to 1: 3, according to the technique to be performed.
The application must be done on unwashed hair, however, they can be damp depending on the technique used.
To make strands or reflections: Apply strand by strand with a brush, with the comb or using your fingers using gloves or fingers. Once you reach the desired whitening *, rinse.
For color cleaning processes: Apply the mixture at a distance of about 1cm from the root, massaging the strands. When reaching the desired tone *, take the mixture to the root without touching the scalp to even out the color.
