The Ultimate Performance® Ultimate Plantar Fascia Sock is a knee high sock designed to be worn overnight to help reduce and relieve the effects of Plantar Fasciitis.

The adjustable strap system allows the wearer to adjust the level of dorsi-flexion to suit their needs; pulling the toes back up towards the knee as required.

The pull on the toes causes the plantar fascia to stretch, when stretched for a sustained period (overnight) the tissues are encouraged to repair and heal in a better position which helps to reduce and alleviate the symptoms of plantar fasciitis and related heel pain.

Recommended for: night-time wear to help relieve the symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis.

SIZING by UK shoe size:
  • Small 6-8 (39-42)
  • Medium 8-11 (42-46)
  • XL 12-14 (47-49)
CONTENT: 50% nylon, 25% spandex, 20% polyester, 5% polyurethane 
 
WEAR INSTRUCTIONS: Undo Velcro fastener.  Place stocking over foot and pull up towards the knee.  Ensure it fits smoothly with no wrinkles,  D-ring goes to the front.  Gather any slack around the ankle.  Fasten the upper Velcro strap lightly round the leg below the knee. Fasten the strap through the D-ring, and tension so the toes are "just" off the floor when the foot is flat on the floor.  DO NOT over-tension (dorsi-flex) the foot as this will lead to discomfort over night. 
 
Contains natural rubber latex: may cause allergic reaction in some users. If skin reaction occurs or pain persists, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Ensure support does not restrict blood flow.
