Thermal Shock Test Chamber – Accelerate Product Reliability Testing

Master Extreme Temperature Transitions in Seconds
Our Thermal Shock Test Chamber is engineered to simulate rapid temperature shifts, exposing products to abrupt changes from -65°C to +150°C in seconds. Designed for aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries, this chamber validates material integrity under the most demanding thermal stress conditions.

Core Technology & Advantages

Ultra-Fast Temperature Switching

  • Temperature Range: -70°C to +180°C (customizable to +220°C).
  • Transition Time: ≤10 seconds (between high/low zones).
  • Recovery Time: ≤5 minutes (to stabilize target temperature).

🔧 Three-Zone & Two-Zone Designs

  • Three-Zone Model: Independent high-temperature, low-temperature, and test zones for continuous cycling.
  • Two-Zone Model: Direct transfer between hot/cold chambers via basket or elevator.
  • Optional Liquid Cooling: For ultra-low temperatures (-80°C) or high-power testing.

📈 Precision Control & Monitoring

  • 10.4-inch touchscreen with preset profiles (MIL-STD-750, JEDEC, IEC 60068).
  • Real-time graphing of temperature curves and event logs.
  • Remote access via Ethernet/Wi-Fi (optional).

🏭 Robust Construction

  • High-strength stainless steel (SUS316) interior with PTFE-coated seals.
  • Dual cascade refrigeration systems for extreme cold stability.
  • Industrial-grade insulation for minimal thermal leakage.

Applications

✔️ Semiconductors: Test IC packages, solder joints, and MEMS devices for thermal fatigue.
✔️ Automotive: Validate connectors, sensors, and LED lighting under rapid temperature shocks.
✔️ Aerospace: Simulate high-altitude cold and re-entry heat for avionics components.
✔️ Consumer Electronics: Ensure smartphones, displays, and wearables survive global climates.
✔️ Military & Defense: Accelerate lifespan testing of ruggedized equipment.

FAQ

Q: What’s the difference between two-zone and three-zone chambers?
A: Two-zone chambers transfer samples between hot/cold zones, while three-zone models enable continuous cycling without manual intervention.

Q: Can the chamber test multiple samples simultaneously?
A: Yes! Customizable racks and trays optimize batch testing capacity.

Q: How often should maintenance be performed?
A: We recommend annual inspections for refrigeration systems and monthly seal checks.

An excellent book...a must read!
Format: Paperback
Ruthie Gilmore's examination of California's prison-industrial complex paints a sobering portrait of the effects of the state's post-industrial decline in the past quarter century. Supplemented by numerous charts, maps, and statistics, Gilmore argues that the massive prison-building project that began in the early 1980s was rooted in earlier developments, namely the failure of the "welfare-warfare state" to absorb the numerous surpluses created by political and economic restructuring. Combining theory and historical-sociological analysis, this highly readable book is at once depressing and optimistic; it lays out the facts and guidelines for pursuing meaningful, antiracist struggles against the systemic dehumanization of immigrants, low-wage workers, and youths of color that continues to characterize U.S. political culture.

Beautiful Storytelling
Format: Hardcover
In a day and time when gentleness and positive imagination is needed for children, I was moved by this book in the best possible way. The storytelling was restrained and beautiful, allowing the illustrations to carry much of the story. I was truly emotional, in a gentle and grounded way, as I read this story. Every child should have the chance to find their wild side and do it in a safe environment, and this book shows you just how it can feel when it happens. The illustrations are perfect, and gorgeous, and lifted the story up to a new level of enjoyment. I cannot wait to share it with my 6-year-old granddaughter, and I honestly plan to many to give as gifts.
