Vegan Yogurt Starter Ingredients
- Rice maltodextrin, live active bacteria (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus)
Vegan Yogurt Starter Allergen Information- Manufactured in a facility that also produces products containing soy and dairy.
- May contain trace amounts of gluten: Barley source is used as a fermentation nutrient.
- Contains soy: Soybeans are used as a fermentation nutrients.
- Non-GMO
- HOW TO STORE YOUR STARTER CULTURE
- Store the starter culture in the refrigerator or freezer until you’re ready to activate it. Use the starter culture by the date on the bag.

- Calcium Water (Optional–Recommended if using a Non-Dairy Milk other than Soy)

- Stainless Steel Pot that can hold a little over 2 Quarts with Lid (avoid aluminum)
- Stainless steel / silicone / wood spoon or spatula
- Sink OR Large Container Filled with Ice Water (Optional)
- Yogurt Maker or Preferred Heating Method
