Does the ceramic dispenser chill or heat the water?
No. This is a passive vessel that lacks electronic heating or compressor cooling components. It will dispense water at the ambient temperature of the room it is placed in.
Can I run hot water through the 20-Litre Filter Bottle?
No. The food-grade plastics and the internal filtration media are designed strictly for cold and room-temperature water. Exposing the filter to hot water will permanently damage the carbon components.
Will standard 15L commercial water jugs fit this dispenser?
Yes. The top opening of the ceramic dispenser is engineered to universally accommodate standard 15-liter and 19-liter (5-gallon) pre-filled water bottles.
Is the dispensing tap replaceable?
Yes. The push-tap connects via a standardized threaded hole and internal nut, allowing it to be easily removed for deep cleaning or completely replaced if necessary.
