The Z-base design allows multiple racks to nest closely together when stored, helping free up space between shifts or during cleaning. Tray locking bars help keep trays in place during movement, and trays can be loaded from the front or back to suit different workflows. The rack runs on bolt-on interchangeable stainless steel castors with 100mm high-temperature wheels, making it suitable for hot kitchen environments and simplifying wheel replacement when required.
