SHELF LIFE
A unique feature of the freeze dried is that it has an extraordinary shelf life. For inventory purposes we utilize a use by date that is 18 months from the date of manufacture. The product will be good for years if stored in a cool dry place. If you re-hydrate the food it should be fed within 24 hours.
TRANSITIONING YOUR PET
Transitioning to a new food varies from pet to pet. What works for one may not work for another. Those with hearty digestive systems can transition quicker, even cold / freeze dried turkey without any significant side effects. While other dogs benefit and may require a slow, steady transition ranging from a few days to several weeks. Simply start with a small amount of OC Raw to your current food and every day or every few days increase the amount of OC Raw while decreasing the old food. My favorite E edger so far.

For a battery powered unit, it was much better than I expected. Powerful enough to do everything in my yard. It beats even some of my previous good gas ones.
I did my whole large front yard with a little more than one battery. Pretty good, actually.

Does a good job, and works pretty well. Took weeks to have it delivered.
Works pretty well, seems to be slightly underpowered. I think it would work better if the soil here were drier. The shroud around the blade would probably not jam up with dirt if the soil here is drier. I was constantly having to remove the battery and using a screwdriver to remove the dirt from the shroud. The shroud would work better if it was larger. There is an adjuster that lowers a metal guide that fits up against the concrete that helps you to keep the blade right up to the edge, make sure to lower that guide into place. The 20 Volt Max batteries I used are hard to insert and remove, but mine are aftermarket batteries, and another tool I own is also hard to insert and remove the same batteries.

Make sure you have original DeWALT batteries
Color: Yellow
I thought there was something wrong with the edger but it was the batteries. Must use original DeWALT batteries. I have cheap replacement batteries that work fine for all my DeWALT tools but do not work with this edger. Will run for a few seconds and shut off. With original DeWALT batteries, this edger works great.
