Formation & Characteristics

Green chlorite inclusions give the distinctive green hue and cloudy patterns within the quartz. The specimen formed over millions of years as quartz grew around chlorite minerals, encapsulating them within the crystal lattice. The material is silicon dioxide (SiO2); inclusions include iron, magnesium, and aluminium contained within chlorite. The cluster presents a combination of clear, green, and white tones, typical of chlorite-included quartz, with visible prismatic facets.
