HPS silicone tube primary section is constructed with 3.5 inch (89mm) inside diameter (stock is about 3-1/8 inch, 80mm) and gradually reduced to 60mm at the intake exit, this results in increased overall intake volume as well as smooth air flow. Without any re-tuning, the HPS silicone post MAF air intake tube delivers dyno-proven performance gains of +6.2 Whp, +7.3 Ft/lbs, maintaining safe air/fuel ratio and smooth driviability. This silicone intake hose does NOT trigger check engine light. Installation time is approx. 30 minutes. No modification is required.
