We had a difficult time figuring out what to call our WoodRiver® sharpener because it’s so versatile, so we settled on Knife Sharpener. It consists of two flats approximately 3.93" x 3/4" on opposite sides in 400-grit and 600-grit. The plate holds two rods 600 grit rods - a 6mm x 100mm and a 12mm x 100mm rod. Both held in place by strong magnets that allow easy storage on any iron or steel surface. We’ve sharpened just about everything on this sharpener, from pocketknives to kitchen knives, and we’ve touched up turning tools both inside and out. Overall size: 4" long x 1-1/2" wide x 7/16" thick; weight: 5.6 oz.

This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.

I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo
