DIRECTIONS: 

For The Perfect Contest Color:

Lighter Skin: Apply one day BEFORE THE SHOW. Reapply after 4-8 hours for a deeper, darker color if desired.Rinse off with warm water between applications. Do not apply more than two times. Do not rinse last coat.

Darker Skin: Apply the day BEFORE THE SHOW. One application only.

Size:

3.4 fl. oz., 100 mL

Directions:

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. DO NOT USE antiperspirants or lotion prior to your initial and re-applications of Pro Tan® Super Dark Competition Color. Apply to clean skin using the attached applicator sponge. Either spray directly onto the applicator sponge or pour into a bowl and dip the sponge until saturated. When using an applicator sponge rub over desired body areas with lighter strokes around hairlines, knees, elbows and ankles. You’ll get an instant tan that will darken considerably within 4-8 hours. Allow 5-10 minutes to dry before direct contact with clothes. Avoid sweating or coming into contact with water after application. Reapply for a darker tan. The next morning rinse off the excess color allowing the natural tan to show. Avoid inhaling or applying to the area of the eye, lip or mucous membrane. Do not spray directly onto face. Spray on sponge then apply to face. Wash hands after use.

Best Results:

Prior to initial application, preferably three days consecutively, wash entire body with Get Buffed® Pre-Tan Exfoliator to help smooth your skins surface allowing for maximum absorption and darkness.

How Dark Should I Be:

The number of applications you need depends on how dark your natural skin tone is, how dark you want to be, and how well your skin absorbs the color. Typically, competitors with light or medium skin tone need 1-2 applications, while dark skinned competitors need one. For bodybuilders, we recommend two applications. More than one application in one day is not recommended. If desired, achieve a darker overall color by applying either Pro Tan® Bodybuilder®, Physique® or Bikini Bronze® Top Coat directly over the last application of Pro Tan® Super Dark Competition Color.

Warning:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Discontinue use if skin
irritation occurs. This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Keep out of reach of children.

“Allergy-Friendly and Fresh—My New Favorite

First off, I have to say that I really do enjoy the variety of scents Mrs. Meyer’s comes out with—though not all of them are my cup of tea! I especially like their seasonal releases. So when I spotted this one, I figured it was worth a try. And honestly, it might be my new favorite scent. It’s pleasant and lightly uplifting without being overly floral, musky, or woodsy in strength — basically, nothing that triggers my or my husband’s allergies. It lasts long enough that can provide freshness for a couple of days in my mind without being so overly strong. I also appreciate that Mrs. Meyer’s promotes being vegan, cruelty-free, and non-toxic. Like most natural and smaller-batch products, it’s a bit pricier than the big-brand cleaners, but that’s something I can live with—especially when I catch it on sale. I purchased mine at a discounted price, so it was more in line with what I’d spend on the regular Mrs. Meyer’s line in a brick-and-mortar store. One thing I do fault Mrs Meyers on us their overall bottle design. I don't know how or why, but unless I have some magical gnomes running around my house at night, every single one of these odor room refresher bottles seem to slowly become unscrewed at the top and I can't tell you how many times I have tried to spray and have the bottle become disconnected from the sprayer. Who knows. Maybe it's me and I can't use the spray bottle correctly. So for me I started emptying the this is Meyers room refreshers into one of those continuous spray bottles. Which I think sprays much better than the original Mrs. Meyers bottle. I was just glad it didn't leak in the box on the way here. If I remember correctly it actually was taped down. Since my kiddos are nice enough not to spray cat urine everywhere and I’m not battling wet dog odors, I can’t say this works any better or worse for pet smell than other scents like Basil or Lemon Verbena. For me, it’s more about the fragrance than the heavy-duty pet odor control or enzymes. If I were strictly deciding based on price, I’d probably just wait for a sale or stick to my other favorite limited-edition scents—like Orange Clove or Mint.

This is the best odor neutralizer/air freshener I’ve ever used. 5 stars. And it smells very nice. However, zero stars for the spray pump. I’m not talking about the on/off button, but the fact that in two bottles out of three the pump did not depress far enough to create a spray. I tried everything. (See other reviews) So buy the product but keep your working bottles. It’s incredible that such a well established company can’t spend a few cents more per bottle for a reliable sprayer.
