FINE CUT F6.01 is an intelligent machine polish of the latest generation with unique aluminum oxide quality. The intelligent grain size ensures very quick, complete removal of wash system scratches and similar traces of use and gives the paintwork a long-lasting deep sheen. Sanding marks left behind by 2500 grade sanding media are removed effortlessly. FINE CUT F6.01 is therefore ideally suited for perfect reconditioning of medium to heavily weathered paintwork. Perfectly coordinated for the treatment of scratch-proof paint.

Recommendations For Use

Apply the fine polishing compound to the polishing pad (Koch-Chemie FINE CUT (Yellow) Pad or lambs wool pad) and polish the precleaned surface with max. 2.000 rpm crosswise. The cleaning effect can be varied by means of pressure, polishing medium and rpm. At the start of the polishing process we recommend working with greater pressure at a lower speed. In the further course, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed. The remaining polish residues can be removed easily with The Rag Company’s Edgeless 300 or Edgeless 365 microfiber cloth. Remove any streaks or traces of polish with Koch-Chemie MICRO CUT M3.02.

This book would be helpful to office managers who are overseeing small self-managed projects. There is heavy emphasis on people management and almost none on any practical project management techniques. I am a YouTube follower of the authors book, and I purchased her book to take advantage of her real life experiences of flipping over 30 + houses. Because I had already purchased my first house I focused on Part 2 to help me organize my renovation, and revaluate my approach. The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. I watch her YouTube channel, and review the online resources regularly, and carry this book with me as I am doing the work as I work, so taking all my spare time to study and review. Part 2 is where I am focus now since I am starting my renovation. I am doing a "cosmetic" renovation, and her advice about where to focus my budget has helped me decide where to start, what to buy (study comps online - I personally like Redfin, but Zillow too) and I already have a realtor I am working with, and was recommended a contractor by my agent. So - off to the races. It is a downturn market so I am taking my first flip slow, but in a few months I will update my review. I highly recommend buying the book, it is like an idiots guide to house flipping, but better....you have her YouTube channel, and the online resources too! Enjoy!!
