Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the 8210V and the 8511?

Both are 3M/Solventum NIOSH approved N95 respirators with Cool Flow exhalation valves and 95% filtration efficiency — but they differ in shape and fit profile. The 8210V is a flat-fold design: it stores flat and unfolds when worn, sitting closer to the face with a nose cushion pad for a formed fit. The 8511 is a cup-shaped design: it maintains its dome shape whether stored or worn, holding the mask material away from the mouth and nose during use. The 8511's cup shape is preferred by users who find the flat-fold uncomfortable against the face during extended wear. The 8210V's flat-fold is preferred by users who need compact storage or a closer facial profile. Both provide the same N95 protection level.

What does the Cool Flow exhalation valve do?

The Cool Flow valve is a one-way valve on the front of the mask. When you exhale, the valve opens and releases warm, humid air and CO₂ directly out of the mask without passing through the filter. When you inhale, the valve closes and air enters through the N95 filter media. This significantly reduces heat and moisture buildup inside the mask — a meaningful comfort improvement for extended wear or hot work environments. Note: because exhaled breath bypasses the filter, this mask is not appropriate where the wearer must filter their own output (e.g. sterile surgical settings).

Is the 8210V OSHA compliant?

Yes — the 8210V is both NIOSH approved and OSHA compliant for use in environments requiring N95 respiratory protection under OSHA standards. Always confirm that N95 respirators are appropriate for your specific exposure level and that a proper fit test has been performed per OSHA requirements in occupational settings.

Is this a reusable or disposable respirator?

The 3M 8210V is a disposable single-use respirator. Discard when damaged, soiled, or when breathing resistance increases. Do not attempt to clean or decontaminate for reuse.

What is Solventum — is this still a 3M product?

In 2024, 3M spun off its Health Care division into a new independent company called Solventum. The 8210V is the same respirator — same design, same NIOSH certification, same manufacturing standards — now sold under the Solventum brand. If you have ordered 3M 8210V previously, Solventum 8210V is the same product.

Is a prescription or professional license required?

Yes — this product is labeled "Rx only." A valid prescription or professional/business license is required before shipment. Call 866-218-0902 for assistance with verification.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo
