Rapido Plus Hotend 2
The Phaetus Rapido Plus 2 is a high-speed hotend that offers efficient heat management through an aluminum heat sink, a titanium heat break, and a nickel-plated copper heating block and nozzle. It heats up quickly, reaching 200°C in just 35 seconds. It also allows for one-handed nozzle changes.
Superior thermal isolation of the heat break
Eliminate any kind of heat transfer. The excellent thermal insulation significantly reduces the risk of filament jams. Additionally, the hotend offers improved wear resistance, specially designed for printing fiber-filled filaments (over 100 kg).
Highly efficient heating unit
A newly designed rectangular ceramic unit achieves high heating performance and reliability, reaching 200°C in just 35 seconds. The maximum printing temperature is 350°C.
Removable PT1000 temperature sensor
The temperature sensor is replaceable, allowing a PT1000 sensor to be used to meet the requirements for high-temperature printing.
Ultra high-speed printing with UHF
